Automated painting line: Painting with surgical precision
Our wooden and wood-aluminum windows are finished using a process that blends cutting-edge technology with the care of traditional craftsmanship. Our automated paint system uses precisely programmed robots that work at the perfect angle with identical accuracy every time. This ensures that each layer of paint – from primer to topcoat – is applied with optimal thickness and structure.
For transparent finishes, we use a three-layer coating system, while opaque colors receive up to four layers. This enhances color depth and durability, extending the life of the finished product. What’s more, the entire process happens “on the fly” – components move continuously along the production line without stops or delays, leaving no room for errors.
Consistency that makes a difference
One of the biggest advantages of our automated painting line is its ability to deliver consistent results – every batch of windows looks just as perfect as the last. The robotic system eliminates the inconsistencies that can occur with manual painting. Two independent tracks – one for primer and another for topcoat – allow simultaneous processing of different programs, depending on the type and color of the order.
Thanks to digital control and an intelligent scanning system, the line automatically adjusts its operation based on the windows currently in the coating process. Additionally, our advanced technology enables extremely fast color changes – without downtime or wasted paint. Switching from one color to another takes just seconds and occurs during the movement of the next component through the line. This means not only time savings, but also real cost optimization.
Eco-friendly and flexible. Just automatic painting line
We care about the environment, which is why we use only water-based coatings that combine high durability with eco-conscious formulations. Thanks to our in-house paint mixing system, we can produce virtually any color – regardless of palette. This allows for perfect matching of the woodwork with interior or exterior design elements such as floors, window sills, and facades.
The efficiency of our coating line is also impressive – in a single shift, we can paint up to 100 double-sash windows. With a smart heat recovery system from the drying chamber, the entire cycle – from application to fully dried coating – takes just 60 to 90 minutes. Once ready, the elements move straight into the next stages of production: glazing and hardware installation.

Our entire coating line was designed specifically to meet the needs of our production – both in terms of element dimensions (it can handle units up to 4 × 3.5 meters) and the variety of finishes. Importantly, each robot operates independently, and its work can be freely programmed and optimized by our team.
